Air Force Security Forces Association appreciates your support and aims to treat all donors, customers, and members fairly. This Refund and Return Policy explains when we can offer refunds or exchanges.

Donations

In general, donations are final and non‑refundable, as funds are quickly put to work in support of our mission.

We recognize that mistakes can happen. We may consider a refund in limited circumstances, such as:

• The donation was made in error or for an incorrect amount.

• The donation was not authorized by the donor.

Requests for donation refunds must be submitted in writing to AFSFA, PO Box 683, Helotes, TX 78023 within 14 days of the donation date and should include your name, donation amount, date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment when possible and in accordance with applicable Texas and federal law.

Online store purchases

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our online store, you may request a return or exchange within days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at 210-277-0448 with your name, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Memberships

Membership dues support our ongoing programs and member services. Accordingly, membership fees are generally non‑refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at 210-277-0448. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current membership term; we do not provide partial or pro‑rated refunds for unused portions of the term, except where required by Texas law.
